On the ready … Baranggay Parang, in Mambulao, CamNorte, has mobilized its resources to evacuate shoreline residents who were in danger of being affected by Typhoon Glenda, which made a landfall this week. The Baranggay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee (BDRRMC) came out in full force on Tuesday afternoon to shuttle the residents to the municipal evacuation center in poblacion.
