New eCenter … Vice-Mayor Ariel (Aye) Non (center) cuts the ribbon that launched the new information and communication center of Jose Panganiban – LGU recently. He is being assisted by staff of the local government unit including MBO Naning Mariano, MCRO Malyn Obrero; HRMO Mar Alforque; MT Tes Reyes and Admin Officer Cesar Brondia. The officiating priest is Fr Bobit Chavez (left). The operation of the center is similar to an internet cafe. It will provide services like internet surfing, research works, printing, scanning, fax service, among others. Says Vice-Mayor Non: We will also provide training for those Mambulaoans who wish to learn computer programs such as Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point presentation and others.
