Sixth-grader crowned Larap’s ‘Mutyang Binibini Ng Parokya’ 2013

SIXTH-GRADER Elaine Hernandez-Francisco was crowned Mutyang Binibini ng Parokya 2013 on Thursday night, the eve of the annual baranggay fiesta of Larap, Mambulao, CamNorte.


Francisco, only 11 years old, bested nine other pageant contestants from Larap's nine purok.

Reyza Alvarez was the first runner-up while Christine Ebio, the second runner-up.

Adoracion ‘Nene’ Avila was proclaimed Mutyang Ginang ng Parokya.

Francisco represented the parish church in the annual event that raised funds for the upgrade of the church's facilities.

She had graced the Larap Santakrusan 2013 as “Emperatris” (Reina Helena).
 
She is the daughter of couple Theudy and Lourdes Francisco of Larap and Parang as well as Pasig City and the the granddaughter of Elvira P Hernandez, and Victor Francisco and wife Josefina, the current president of Larap Senior Citizens Association.

The Larap Mutya is the niece of Alfredo P Hernandez, editor-in-chief of news tunnel MWBuzz.
The 5'2" Elaine, who turns 12 on August 28, attends a Montessori school in Pasig City.

She is honing her modeling potential with an agency in Sta Lucia, Pasig City.
