Fresh three years … Re-elected Mambulao Mayor Ricarte “Dong” Padilla
taking his oath of office yesterday at the municipal auditorium. Padilla has
pledged to pursue all the development projects he began during his first term
and said he will work closely with the newly-elected Sanguniang Bayan (council)
members to achieve his administration goals in the next three years. He also
stressed that there will be no politics and that he, the vice-mayor and the new
members of the Sangguniang Bayan belong to one big happy and productive family
