concrete still baking … This is the newly-poured concrete on the road that
bisects Baranggay Plaridel in Mambulao poblacion. Began last year, this road
project is part of the local government’s road cementing program that aims to
build, improve and rehabilitate baranggay roads across the munitipality’s 27
