Wheelchair donation … Priscilla Aite, 67, receives a
brand-new wheelchair from Mambulao Mayor Ricarte “Dong” Padilla at the mayor’s
office recently. The wheelchair will go to Mrs Aite’s husband Juan, 90, who
recently suffered a stroke and has been paralyzed. They live at Purok 7 in
