Loan signing ... The municipality of Jose Panganiban and the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) have inked a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on a P2.7 million loan to rehabilitate a disabled bulldozer and purchase a dump truck and non-utility vehicle. The deal was signed by Mayor Ricarte Padilla and LBP-Labo branch manager Malou Marcenido at the mayor's office recently. - MWBuzzpic by ALFREDO P HERNANDEZ

  1. During Mayor Lim's adminstration, PNB provided/financed various projects of the Municipality, it started during Mayor Roger Padilla's term. In my time at PNB, I kept in contact with them, including my high school classmates working in the Municipal office. Of course, I am glad serving in my little capacity to provide, help for the progress of our very own town.

  2. FRIENDLY ADVICE:
If you are planning to go to Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, to take a vacation or attend the next reunion, NEVER, NEVER to book at CROWN GOLD HOTEL (CM)! My bad and sad experience with the management of this hotel was too terrific...!!!! The rate per room/day as of February was P750.00, but before I can pay reservation, it became P1,000, I paid it on Feb. 24. Later, I was informed to pay in full for three days, I paid it in full on April 14 (receipts is not official) to avoid hussels and to be sure of the room. However, when we arrived there at 6:00PM April 27, we were told that the rate per room was now P1,500.00. To my dismay, I was about to lost my temper when my good classmate invited us to join them at Apolonia Hotel. Thanks God, our effort to attend the much awaited grand reunion was not futile. Beware of this Crown Gold Hotel, whose management is so unprofessional, mapangabuso at mapangsamantala, knowing that many need rooms to stay in the duration of the grand reunion celebration. The owner of Crown Gold Hotel is not Mambuleno TAKE NOTE......

    1. You are right a gold digger. If I know beforehand that the rental was that amount, there was no complaint whatsoever. The tremendous increase was too much. Meron palang ganyang negosyante sa ating bayan.

    2. mayroon pang ibang hotel sa mambulao.... but i really haven't used any kasi may kubo-kubo kami sa parang which we use every year as our vacation house. pero yung brother kong si arnel - would prefer staying in one of these hotels so he could entertain his buddies from mambulao right at the hotel's function room.. cheers!
