THE Camarines Norte Water District
(CNWD) has appointed Atty Freddie A Venida as its representative of the
education sector.

A graduate of Jose Panganiban High
School class of 1967, he finished his Bachelor of Laws at Arellano Law
Foundation in 1983 and was a teacher at San Juan National High School.
CNWD current board of directors
(BOD) set-up includes five regular members and a sixth member from the Local Water
Utilities Administration.
Education, business, women, civic
and professional are the five sectoral representations in the board of
directors.
Atty Venida serves as spokesperson
of the group.
